Description THIS IS AN HOURLY & SEASONAL POSITION. Role
Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing production and successful execution of special events and catered events taking place in the park. In addition, responsible for maintaining proper inventory controls and cost of sales for the Catering Department through the use of an order guide, waste sheets, inventory transfers and delivery inspections. Duties and
Responsibilities: Ensuring that all Catered outings are executed to department standards. Leading and motivating a team and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Oversee the on-the-job training program for the Catering Department. Ensure all new hire employees receive consistent training on all aspects of job tasks in the Catering Department. Provide employees with proper coaching as needed. Maintain proper inventory control and cost of sales. Maintain a clean and organized facility. Make sure levels of stock and prep are consistent to ensure a smooth execution of all events. Ideal Candidate Should Possess: Must be at least 18 years old. Currently pursuing a degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management or a related field. Previous experience in Food Service, Management or a related background. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, energetic attitude. Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Park: Six Flags St. LouisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
