We are looking to add a compassionate caring Director of Nursing, to help oversee our senior care services, to our team The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the nursing department in the coordination of care, quality of interventions and outcomes, and financial management of clinical services.
? The role interacts with each department within the facility and requires a leader who can lead, motivate, educate and mentor licensed and certified staff.
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care Current CPR certification Prefer, as a minimum, two (2) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing home, or other related health care facility If you think this is the position for you, apply today!
